What helps us respond

Include relevant context so the reply is faster and on target.

• Article corrections: link the title or URL, then explain what needs fixing.
• General questions: keep it short and specific. Name the device or service if relevant.
• Collaboration: state your goal, audience, and scope. We read every message. We cannot reply to all of them individually, but we take every correction and suggestion.

Not an emergency service

ShaSec is an education site, not a security hotline or incident response service. If you are dealing with an active incident (a hijacked account, a fraudulent transaction, an infected device), contact the relevant official channel first: your bank, the service provider, or the police. Reaching the right channel quickly matters more than writing to us.
