Last updated: 27 July 2026 These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ShaSec (https://shasec.my.id). By opening or using the site, you agree to the terms below. If you disagree, please stop using the site.

You represent that you have legal capacity to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Use the Content to train commercial artificial intelligence models without consent.

Short quotations for discussion, review, or research are permitted provided you include attribution and a link back to the source page.

Unless stated otherwise, Content is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The "ShaSec" name, logo, and visual identity belong to Syukra. No implicit trademark license is granted.

Where Content includes third-party libraries or licensed excerpts, the original license terms continue to apply.

You agree not to:

• Access the Site through automated means that ignore robots.txt or overload infrastructure.
• Attempt to penetrate, scan for vulnerabilities, or disrupt Site security without written permission.
• Use the Site to distribute malware, phishing, spam, or illegal material.
• Reverse-engineer non-public Site components.
• Infringe third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, and reputation.

Violations may result in access blocking and/or reporting to relevant authorities.

The Site does not currently accept public content submissions. If you send corrections, suggestions, or drafts via the contact form or email, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license valid for as long as needed to review, publish, or reject the submission. You warrant that your submission does not infringe third-party rights.

The Site may display ads via Google AdSense and/or other ad partners, and may link to third-party sites. We do not control ad content or external sites and are not responsible for third-party privacy practices or accuracy. Ad cookie consent is managed through the Cookie Consent banner and explained in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShaSec, Syukra, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from Site use, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or operational disruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. Limits apply to the extent permitted locally.

You agree to defend and hold harmless ShaSec and its operators from claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all Site features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, provider issues, or events beyond our control.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute is first sought to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes are settled through competent forums in Indonesia, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Severability

If one or more provisions are held invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShaSec regarding Site use.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
